Saturday, September 20th. The weather was only so-so, with some drizzle, but the sea was calm. At Achilleon, only the instructors showed up today, so it was essentially a company outing. Buddied up with Olga. We went to Colovri, were we did the big tour around the various pinnacles there. Olga and Angeliki didn’t join us for the second dive, although Angeliki did accompany is on the boat. The second dive was to Skeloudi, a rock with a lot of fish. Our DM Markos fed the fish, which came speeding in from all around.

Saturday, September 13th. Picked up our snorkeling gear at the dive center we did some snorkeling and relaxing. We checked out the cliff, which was excellent for snorkeling. Unlike the very clean sandy parts of the beach, you need to be careful here. Lots of sharp rocks, sea urchins and scorpion fish await the unwary. Saw a small Moray on one of the rocks. Later that day, the wind picked up, and so did the waves, so we went back to the sore. Forecast for tomorrow is rain.

Saturday, September 6th. My flight for Corfu was scheduled to depart at noon, so I had all the time in the world to get ready and head for Schiphol Airport. The weather was relatively nice, although there were plenty of dark clouds to be seen. Not that I cared, as the forecast for Corfu was looking good.
